Hi Kindy Parents - a note below from the NSFA (please note that we have the SHP Trial Day on Sat 22nd, prior to this event on 29th):

As you know the Welcome to Football day will be held on Saturday 29^th March at St Ives Showground.  

Under 6 players from Clubs will taking part in this day with over 1500 U6 players, family and friends attending the event. In order for the day to run smoothly we need at least 2 volunteers from every Club to help for 2 hours.  If you have 4 volunteers to help for 1 hour each this would be equally beneficial.  

A Canteen, Coffee Cart, Ice-cream vending cart, jumping castles, grassroots course for coaches and numerous other attractions will be taking place during the day.  

Assistance will be needed for traffic control , around the games area etc  

If Clubs could please provide the names , contact phone number, email address and availability of the helpers no later than 25^th March it would be appreciated.  

A roster will be compiled, and be sent out to all individuals and will also be available at the grounds.  

I am sure we can all make this day a safe and secure, full filled day for our U6 players, family and friends.
