Dear Members    

As from Monday 17th June there are changes to the Working with Children obligations by all Clubs and their members.    

If you are involved in coaching or managing the kids in any capacity then I would ask you to complete the attached form. If in doubt then please complete the form as the default position.    

You will need to provide ID (drivers licence/passport) to one of the following committee members:
